🏋🏻♂Implement a combination of #strengthtraining prescriptions using a variety of #movementpatterns - using exercises that often require a large amount of spine and #corestability will help develop correct posture when performed correctly✅
📱Hand held devices and tablets will almost certainly be a key component in addressing your posture - all to often we find ourselves laying down, crooked neck scrolling through our #socials 🤦🏼♂try and sit up or prop up your devices so your spine keeps a more #neutral position👌🏻
👨🏻💻👩🏼💻How many of us use a swivel chair at work and the back rest is angled to a point where you’re almost horizontal🤷🏻♂Try and keep the back upright, bend the knees correctly and place a cushion in the lower-mid back for extra #support - no slouching🚫
😴Adjust your #sleep position👍🏻a bad position can affect your posture and studies have found laying on your back or side with a pillow support will position the spine in the best way👉🏻laying on your front puts a lot of pressure through the spine and can inhibit progress!
🧘🏻♂#stretching and #mobility are go to tools when trying to make postural corrections🙌🏻Particularly when exercise has been added to your regime😊Ideally a daily routine (10-15mins) will release a lot of tension in the muscles and joints and set you up for a good nights sleep before bed🤗
