First of all I think we should appreciate the artistic abilities we’ve managed create on our whiteboard😂👌🏻


Now first of all let’s establish what functional fitness is🧐it’s about improving your quality of life so we can perform every day activities a lot easier all whilst encouraging more physical activity💯


Exercise is simply a tool that we use to maintain or improve our quality of life and it comes in all different shapes and sizes😅Functional fitness however is designed specifically to develop areas of your body that you use performing everyday tasks such as shopping or playing sports with your children🏀🏊🏻‍♂⚽🚴🏻‍♂⚾


The beauty about functional training is it suits anyone😊whether you’ve trained for a number of years and looking to add some variety or if you haven’t exercised for some time (potentially due to heath problems) and your looking for ways you can incorporate more exercise into your busy work/life routine🙌🏻


The benefits are huge ranging from improved balance, speed, agility, muscle strength, reduce the risk of injuries from falls & obviously the benefits on body composition👌🏻A well rounded & comprehensive functional training programme will use multiple joints to perform muscle actions along with a variety of movement planes - all designed to make your quality of life better 💪🏻
